4th of July Jello Shot Strawberries

Step 1 - Strawberry Prep: Cut off the bottoms of your strawberries and hollow them out with a pairing knife or tiny spoon. Be super careful with this so you don’t poke any holes!

Step 2 - Make Jello: Combine 1 cup of water and 3oz of blue gelatin. Sprinkle 1 pack of plain gelatin on top and let it sit for 1 minute, then stir. Bring the mixture to a simmer then remove from heat and combine with 1/2 cup of your liquor of choice.

Spoon the jello mixture into the hollowed strawberries and place them in the fridge for a few hours to set.

Slice strawberries in half and stick in a cute skewer to make them extra festive.
