Christmas Tree Deviled Eggs

1. Slice peeled and cooled boiled eggs lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks, setting them aside.
2. In a pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
3. Add 2 cloves of minced garlic and 2 cups of spinach to the pan and sauté until the spinach wilts.
4. In a blender, combine the egg yolks, 1/3 cup of mayo, 1 tablespoon of mustard, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, smoked paprika (to taste), a dash or two of hot sauce, 2 tablespoons of instant potato flakes (assuming 'photo flakes' is a typo for 'potato flakes'), and the sautéed spinach mixture.
5. Blend until smooth.
6. Cool the mixture in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to firm up slightly.
7. Pipe out the cooled mixture into the empty egg white halves, shaping it to resemble a Christmas tree.
8. Top each deviled egg with a mini sprinkle star for decoration.
